Trying to improve your inverts? Wish your technique was better? Want to move from bent arm to straight arm inversions? Move from bent knees to straight knees?
This 3 week class will focus on improving strength and technique for inversions by teaching students when and how to engage the correct muscles to be efficient with their movement in the air. Co-taught by a Pilates instructor and an Aerial Instructor, this class will include 35 minutes of Pilates and 35 minutes of aerial.
This class is beneficial for all aerialists no matter what apparatus you train. We will incorporate multiple apparatuses and students will leave with specific exercises and training drills that will improve strength and technique.
Class is limited to six students.
