Get your foot locks on and explore all the pathways into a cross back position! In each class, we will learn 2 entrances and 1 exit from cross back! After this focused 4 week series you will feel your core and arms strengthened in your body and your mind will be sharpened and loving the new neuron pathway connections. Last 10 to 15 minutes is always reserved for conditioning and active stretching with our warm muscles.
