Flexibility Class – Tuesdays 6-7:30PM

This 90 minute class will efficiently increase full body flexibility by targeting specific areas (legs, hips, back, shoulders) and by using both active and passive flexibility stretches & drills.
To benefit from this class, students should be close to having splits on one side and be able to push up into a backbend on your own.
Bring: We recommend that you bring your own mat, blocks, and socks or a shirt for drills that require sliding on the floor. However, we do have mats and blocks at the studio if you do not have your own.

Description
SAFETY PROCEDURES: All students are required to wash hands before entering, take slippers off immediately upon entering, use hand sanitizer, and remain at their equipment or on their own stretching/yoga mat during class. Immediately after class is over, students must exit the studio so the instructor can clean equipment for the next class.
CLEANING POLICY: All equipment will be cleaned or “quarantined” between use.
