Sunday Funday Yoga with Tanner – 10:30AM (Donation-Based)

Join us for a “slow flow” yoga class Sundays at 10:30am. This class will focus on optimal alignment of poses, warming the body then challenging the breath and the endurance of all of our favorite asanas(poses). We will safely warm up the body then challenge our flexibility, our strength, endurance and balance. Each class we’ll work on 1-2 of yogas “hardest” poses for good fun and good alignment!
20 minute meditation sit *(optional)
After Slow Flow, a 20 minute meditation sit will be offered. All meditators welcome. This is separate from the asana class but can be taken congruently. This style of meditation will focus on practice of observing and quieting one’s mind. If needed, students will be offered a few options of simple meditation techniques. Relaxing the body is key in this meditation, so please feel free to bring a small blanket to cover yourself while lying on your mat or your favorite pillow to sit on. If interested, some guided meditations can/will be offered.
